P2 is the Second Plénitude of Dom Pérignon, the result of 16 years of elaboration. Both the complementary and contrasting elements that comprise the "assemblage" resonate with each other for enhanced intensity, vibrancy and precision. The energy of the wine is at its peak. The nose is intense and offers a full and radiant bouquet: honeysuckle, orange colored fruits and hint of iodine sensations. The palate gives a creamy schewiness with a wave of aromatic persistence. It is smoky, biting with a full energy finish.
