Baron Philippe de Rothschild Reserve Mouton Cadet Sauternes 0.75L

Sweet, white wine, intense, well-balanced. Reserve Mouton Cadet is produced using grapes grown in the borders of a concrete Bordeaux region by indepentend winegrower partners.

Nose: the fragrance opens with citrus notes (lemon peel) mingled with sweetness of candied fruit such as pineapple and mango, but remains fresh and even floral, with a hint of verbena.

Palate: from a dense and round attack, flavours of honey, bitter orange and candied fruit (pear, quince) mingle on the palate, building to a fresh and distinctly mineral finish. A very harmonious and fresh wine.

Menu suggestions: semi-preserved foie gras, citrus tard, Bresse blue cheese.
