Aroma: filled with fresh berry-raspberry notes, a soft aroma of grape tannins is also felt.

Taste: Quite soft, with moderate acidity. Notes of dark berries clearly appear: plums, mulberries, cherries, more delicate flavors are given by spicy spices: rosemary, mint and fennel. Leaves a long pleasant aftertaste.
